Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout that focuses heavily on building strong core muscles and give strengthen to full body muscles.
Pranayama is controlling of breath in different style and length. Pranayama is Sanskrit word, "prana means life and life is breath and" yama" means control, In Pranayam, we control on inhalation, exhalation, and hold our breath in a specific sequence. Regular breathing exercises give strength to lungs, increase oxygen level, calm the nervous system that controls the body's involuntary function. It reduces levels of stress hormones in the blood, improving sleep and mood. We do different type of Breathing Exercises in our session.
We do aerobic exercises (cardio) on Bollywood music. During aerobic exercise, our blood pumps quickly throughout our body and our lungs take in more oxygen.
